A complete AI video workflow from the first script to the final editable montage
VIDEOCEH is a browser-based production studio for YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels and TikTok. It connects the work that usually happens across a scriptwriter, several generation services, folders of media and a separate editor into one project workspace.

A collection of generated clips is not yet a video
Generating individual images or clips does not produce a coherent video. A practical system has to keep the script, recurring characters, scene order, aspect ratio, narration and approved media synchronized. It also has to survive long-running jobs, partial failures and revisions without forcing the creator to restart the project.
- Structured every project around three clear production stages: scene plan, media and montage.
- Built a persistent AI scriptwriter with editorial formats and reusable conversation context instead of a one-shot text field.
- Separated visual inserts from author scenes and added reusable studio hosts with source media, poses, emotions and animated reactions.
- Kept every generated frame and clip reviewable, replaceable and regenerable before it enters the final timeline.
- Added a multi-track montage so video, voiceover, music, captions and text can be adjusted before export.
Every production surface in one project
Responsive marketing site, authentication and production workspace
AI scriptwriter, image, video and sound generation
Project wizard, scene plan and reusable host library
Media review, voiceover, montage timeline and final export
Long-running media jobs remain resumable and reviewable
The product uses a Next.js and React interface over a FastAPI backend. PostgreSQL owns accounts, projects, scripts, scenes, generated assets and editing state. Redis and Celery run analysis, image, video and narration work outside the request cycle, while persistent storage keeps approved media and project history. Provider task IDs and recovery jobs allow the system to resume work after a deploy or a missed callback instead of losing the production state.
VIDEOCEH now supports the whole production route inside one system. A creator can prepare a script, choose a format and visual approach, generate and review scenes, work with a recurring host, add narration, refine the montage and export a finished video without rebuilding the project in a separate editor.
Evidence boundary
- Generation quality and completion time still depend on external image, video and voice services.
- The editor is designed for assembling and refining generated productions; it does not attempt to replace every specialist function of a desktop nonlinear editor.
What buyers usually need to know
- What can VIDEOCEH create?
- The studio supports landscape and vertical productions for YouTube, Shorts, Reels and TikTok, with generated visual inserts, recurring author scenes, narration and montage.
- Does the product include an AI scriptwriter?
- Yes. The scriptwriter keeps separate conversations and supports formats such as expert analysis, investigation, story, case study, comparison, tutorial, news analysis and short video.
- How are recurring characters kept consistent?
- The host library stores source media and prepared poses, emotions and animated reactions. Projects can reuse those assets instead of generating an unrelated presenter for every scene.
- Can a creator edit the finished sequence?
- Yes. The montage workspace exposes separate video, voiceover, sound, subtitle and text tracks with playback, splitting, deletion, captions and transition controls before export.
