A Telegram-first commerce system with payments and operational control
SUKAMOLO needed more than a product catalog. The project required a sales and operations system that could live inside Telegram.

What the product needed to solve
The user journey included catalog browsing, checkout, payments, deep links, auctions and team operations. These flows had to stay understandable in Telegram while still giving the team control over orders and campaigns.
- Mapped the buying journey as a sequence of Telegram-native screens and actions.
- Connected multiple payment paths and webhook processing to the order flow.
- Added deep links, broadcasts and auction mechanics without moving operations into a separate manual process.
- Used a persistent data layer for orders, product state and team-facing actions.
The implemented product layer
Catalog and product cards
Step-by-step order and payment flow
Telegram Stars, Tribute and Crypto Bot integrations
Admin operations for orders, broadcasts, deep links and auctions
How the system was organized
The system combines Python, the Telegram Bot API, PostgreSQL, Redis, Google Sheets and webhook integrations. The data layer keeps transactional state separate from Telegram delivery so the workflow can be maintained as the product grows.
The result is a Telegram-first sales and operations system rather than a bot that only displays products.
Evidence boundary
- No revenue, conversion or audience figures are published here.
- Payment availability depends on the selected provider and region.
